The rope has a max breaking load of 2840 kg*

* -10% due to the splitting of the rope that was necessary to fit the hook. When used on a capstan winch the MBL is close to the winches shear pin load.

So if you need a rope for more heavy duty pulling, it is advised to use the hemp rope or the 32mm version of the Manilla rope.
